A long-established, market-leading fresh produce business is seeking an experienced Global Audit Manager to play a key role in protecting food safety, ethical, and environmental standards across an international supply base. With a reputation built on trust, transparency, and responsible sourcing, this organisation works closely with growers and retailers to do business the right way — putting people, integrity, and sustainability at the heart of everything it does.
The successful candidate will join a dedicated Responsible Sourcing team, leading supplier audits across the globe and ensuring best-in-class compliance against major retailer and company standards. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on autonomy, collaboration, and driving real, lasting improvements within complex supply chains.
The role at a glance:
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver food safety, ethical, and environmental audits worldwide
- Audit against leading retailer and internal standards
- Manage live global audit schedules and produce clear, timely reports
- Support suppliers in creating and closing effective corrective action plans
- Prepare sites for customer visits and high-profile audits
- Conduct ethical trade, human rights, and accommodation risk assessments
- Analyse non-conformance trends and tackle root causes, not just symptoms
