We are currently seeking a dedicated Assistant Farm Manager to join our client’s team in Kent, playing a key role in leading an experienced team towards continued success and efficiency in both conventional and organic farming practices. Key Responsibilities For The Role: Crop Focus: Manage and major on Conventional and Organic Salads, alongside arable crops. Team Leadership: Lead a small, dedicated team of 6 full-time staff and oversee 100 plus seasonal staff. Health & Safety: Take charge of Health and Safety leadership, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members. Efficiency & Growth: Promote growth and efficiency within the business, utilizing your skills and experience in crop management and delivery to a program. Daily Presence: Maintain a daily presence on the farm, leading by example and offering continuous support to the existing team.
