The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping commercial strategy, strengthening key customer relationships and driving future growth. You will lead customer engagement, identify new opportunities, influence business direction and act as a key ambassador for the organisation across the sector. This is a highly visible role with genuine influence and long-term career potential.

What We Are Looking For

  • Significant commercial leadership experience
  • A proven track record within fresh produce, horticulture, food or related supply chains
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
  • The ability to operate strategically whilst remaining commercially hands-on
  • Experience of managing and developing high-performing commercial teams

Critically Important

We are particularly keen to speak with individuals who can demonstrate direct commercial exposure to Marks & Spencer. Whether through account management, category management, customer development or broader commercial leadership, M&S experience will be viewed as a significant advantage.

Location

This is a full-time position based in New Milton, Hampshire. The successful individual will be expected to be highly visible within the business and will also undertake regular travel to customers, including Marks & Spencer and other key commercial partners.
