This is not your standard trainee role. We have been exclusively commissioned by a highly progressive and rapidly evolving fresh produce growing business to source an ambitious future leader for what is genuinely a rare opportunity within the sectors.

The plan?

  • First 6 months operating within the client’s UK growing business
  • Followed by a move to their operation in the stunning surroundings of southern Portugal
  • Full hands-on training and mentoring programme
  • Exposure to commercial growing operations across the UK and Europe
  • Long-term succession planning built into the role

And the ultimate aim? Within 18 months–2 years, you will step directly into the executive structure of the business with responsibility for helping manage growing operations across both the UK and Europe.
