We re on the hunt for a Sustainability Technical Specialist to help drive greener practices across the fresh produce supply chain. This is your chance to combine technical expertise with passion for sustainability and make a real impact in how fruit & veg reach millions of plates.
What you ll do:

Lead sustainability projects across our fresh produce supply base.

Work closely with growers, suppliers, and retailers to deliver measurable environmental improvements.

Provide technical support on sustainability standards, certifications, and compliance.

Analyse data, spot trends, and report on progress towards climate and resource goals.

Be the go-to expert, ensuring innovation meets integrity in everything we grow.
What we re looking for:

Strong understanding of environmental regulations and standards.

A formal sustainability qualification (advantageous but not essential).

Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g. Manufacture 2030, CDP, WRAP).

Advanced MS Office skills particularly Excel.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a practical, investigative mindset.

A methodical, detail-driven approach with the ability to deliver on time and to high standards.
