This is not your standard trainee role. We have been exclusively commissioned by a highly progressive and rapidly evolving fresh produce growing business to source an ambitious future leader for what is genuinely a rare opportunity within the sectors.

The plan?

  • Followed by a move to their operation in the stunning surroundings of southern Portugal
  • Full hands-on training and mentoring programme

And the ultimate aim? Within 18 months-2 years, you will step directly into the executive structure of the business with responsibility for helping manage growing operations across both the UK and Europe.
