They have built a serious reputation in their category combining deep sector expertise, strong grower relationships, and relentless focus on quality, service and cost control. Now they need a Commercial Manager who can step in and own, grow and elevate key customer relationships.
The Role
- Take ownership of key retail-facing accounts and product categories
- Build and develop strong, trust-based relationships across customers and growers
- Drive sales, margin and category performance
- Deliver accurate forecasting, pricing and commercial insight
- Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency and innovation across the supply chain
- Work cross-functionally with procurement, supply chain, technical and operations
