The Role
- Lead across a wide range of field operations, with sole focus on the potato cropping cycle.
- Spraying, planting, and harvesting of potato crops.
- Operating and maintaining modern machinery, including GPS-guided tractors and implements.
- Coordinating with management and seasonal teams to ensure efficient, timely fieldwork.
- Maintaining field records and supporting compliance with health, safety, and crop assurance standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally with potatoes.
- PA1 & PA2 spray certificates (essential).
- Demonstrable experience with planting and harvesting potatoes.
- Strong machinery operation and maintenance skills.
- A proactive, detail-focused work ethic and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Full UK driving licence (telehandler ticket desirable).
