You will be measured under pressure, commercially aware, detail-focused and genuinely interested in sustainable land management. A strong listener with sound judgement, you will be confident managing people, making decisions and taking full ownership of a significant farming operation.

  • Relevant machinery and safety certifications including Forklift/Telehandler, First Aid, Chainsaw, PA4/PA6, Abrasive Wheels, ADR awareness, Cherry Picker, Quad Bike and farm vehicle road training.
