Now they need a Commercial Manager who can step in and own, grow and elevate key customer relationships.

The Role

  • Take ownership of key retail-facing accounts and product categories
  • Build and develop strong, trust-based relationships across customers and growers
  • Drive sales, margin and category performance
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, pricing and commercial insight
  • Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency and innovation across the supply chain
  • Work cross-functionally with procurement, supply chain, technical and operations
