Overview


Provide comprehensive support to all business areas to ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act and its associated regulations.


Responsibilities



  • Maintain the Golden Thread of information

  • Ensure that all related compliance policies, procedures, and workflows are updated accordingly to reflect any future changes.

  • Ensure all High Risk Buildings are operated in accordance with the Building Safety Act.

  • Champion building safety and collaborate with other teams to provide technical guidance, advice, and support.

  • Develop a Mandatory Occurrence Reporting Procedure and maintain this reporting record at all design and project meetings across the portfolio, ensuring that fire / structural safety concerns are recorded, monitored and dealt with appropriately.

  • Keep up with legislation and industry best practices on building safety.

  • Administrate Field View software to meet project requirements, including templates, workflows, forms, reports and Regulation 38

  • Support the QA team in managing quality records and inspection data.

  • Support the production and processing of Operation and Maintenance Manuals (O&M)

  • Manage and undertake BREEAM assessments, ensuring compliance with BREEAM standards.

  • Providing technical construction support to Contract Managers

  • Assist Contract Managers with design development and coordination on CDP packages
