Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the high-end residential and bespoke construction sectors
  • Build, maintain, and leverage a strong network of clients, architects, consultants, and industry contacts
  • Manage the full sales and pre-construction process from initial inquiry through to project handover
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with a professional and consultative approach
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from pre-construction into delivery
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities to support business growth
  • Contribute to bid strategy, tender submissions, and overall company growth plans
