We are looking for a talented and driven Site Manager to join a highly regarded high-end residential contractor based in Surrey. Role Overview:
As a Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the daily management of a high-spec residential construction site, ensuring that work is delivered safely, on time, to budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will oversee subcontractors, manage site logistics, and act as the key on-site representative for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site activities for new build or refurbishment projects valued up to £15M
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, materials, and suppliers to maintain progress and quality
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation and site procedures
- Work closely with project and commercial teams, architects, and consultants
- Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and maintain detailed reporting
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional site environment at all times
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience managing high-end residential projects (new builds or refurbishments)
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple trades and high-spec finishes
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (essential)
