We are recruiting for a highly competent and motivated Site Manager to join a well-established, high-end residential contractor based in London. Specialising in luxury property refurbishments valued up to £10M, this is an exceptional opportunity to play a key role in delivering some of the capital\’s most exclusive and design-led homes.

Role Overview:
As a Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the on-site delivery of high-spec residential refurbishment projects. You\’ll coordinate all trades, ensure health and safety compliance, maintain exceptional quality standards, and drive the project through to successful completion – on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations from setup through to completion and handover
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour to maintain programme and quality
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations in line with company policy
- Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure clear communication and progress
- Monitor costs, variations, and site documentation in line with project goals
- Deliver a finished product that exceeds client expectations in both quality and detail
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing high-end residential refurbishments in London, ideally on projects up to £10M
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and solve problems on-site
- In-depth knowledge of traditional and modern construction techniques, with a focus on finishes and detail
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (essential)
- Well-organised, professional, and quality-driven approach
