As a Senior Technical Designer, you will play a crucial role in translating visionary concepts into meticulous technical solutions, ensuring each workspace is functional, compliant, and aesthetically refined.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Technical Design Leadership: Drive the development of highly detailed technical drawings and models, ensuring all designs are flawlessly executed.
• Advanced Revit Expertise: Utilize Revit to create precise 3D models, technical drawings, and coordinated construction documentation.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with design teams, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Problem-Solving & Innovation: Address complex technical challenges with innovative solutions, ensuring efficiency and practicality.
• Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all designs adhere to building regulations, industry standards, and safety requirements.
• Material & Construction Detailing: Specify materials, finishes, and construction methodologies that align with project vision and client expectations.
• Mentorship & Guidance: Support junior designers, sharing technical knowledge and best practices to elevate team expertise.

About You:

• Significant technical design experience within the workspace design & build sector.
• Expert-level proficiency in Revit, capable of handling complex modelling and documentation.
• Strong grasp of building regulations, industry standards, and construction detailing.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to foresee and address technical challenges.
• Adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
