We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic and well-established multidisciplinary property consultancy based in Oxford. With offices across the UK, this team delivers expert cost and project management services throughout all project stages, from pre-contract planning to post-contract delivery.
The successful candidate will play a key role in leading projects across a diverse range of sectors including retail, commercial, healthcare, education and residential. You will work closely with clients, design teams and contractors to ensure cost-effective solutions, timely delivery and the highest standards of quality and service. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team with a strong reputation for delivering high-profile and technically challenging projects.
Candidates should have significant experience in a consultancy environment, with a solid understanding of both pre- and post-contract duties. While MRICS accreditation is preferred, it is not essential for candidates with strong technical expertise and a proven track record in the industry.
