Redfish Solutions is expanding our high-performing Design division, and we’re looking for a driven, detail-focused Resourcer / Recruitment Delivery Consultant to support an experienced Senior Consultant working across some of the most established clients in the commercial design and build sector. This is an ideal role for someone who loves the delivery side of recruitment, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build deep expertise in a specialist market with huge repeat business.
About the Division
You’ll be joining our Design team, which recruits across all levels of:
- Designers
- Architects
- Technical Designers
- Design Managers
Our clients span commercial office fit-out, hospitality, and high-end residential, with a strong PSL presence and long-standing relationships that generate consistent, high-quality vacancies.
What You’ll Be Doing
Working closely with a Senior Consultant, you’ll take ownership of all delivery activity across a wide range of live roles. Responsibilities include:
- Managing the full resourcing process from brief to placement
- Writing and optimising job adverts
- Proactively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and networking
- Conducting initial qualification calls and preparing candidate profiles
- Managing candidate pipelines and interview processes
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and supporting compliance
- Providing market insight and candidate intelligence to the Senior Consultant
- Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every stage
This is a delivery-focused role with clear progression opportunities into full 360 or senior delivery positions depending on your long-term goals.
