Are you ambitious, driven and looking to build a successful long-term career in recruitment? Due to continued growth, redfish solutions is looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant or Resourcer to join our highly successful Design team based in our London office. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established, high-performing desk working alongside a Senior Consultant who has been with the business for over three years and has developed an extensive network of clients and candidates across the Design and Construction sectors.
About the Role
You will be supporting and developing a busy desk that recruits for a wide range of design-focused positions across London and the South East, including:
- Interior Designers
- Architects
- Architectural Assistants
- Visualisers
- Furniture Consultants
- Graphic Designers
- Design Managers
- Workplace Consultants
Our client base includes Commercial Design & Build firms, Architectural Practices, Main Contractors and Property Consultancies. With over 20 years of industry experience, redfish solutions has built an enviable reputation and benefits from numerous Preferred Supplier List (PSL) agreements, long-standing client relationships and a significant volume of repeat business.
Who We're Looking For
We are open to speaking with:
- Recruitment Resourcers looking to take the next step in their career
- Recruitment Consultants with several years of experience seeking a new challenge
- Individuals with experience recruiting within Design, Architecture, Construction or the Built Environment
- Recruiters from other sectors who are motivated to learn and develop within a specialist market
Previous experience in Design or Construction recruitment would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
