A high-end residential contractor is seeking an experienced Maintenance & Aftercare Manager to oversee all post-completion support, reactive maintenance and planned preventative works across luxury refurbishment and fit-out projects. This role is key in ensuring clients receive exceptional service after handover, maintaining the quality, performance and appearance of bespoke interiors and installations.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for all aftercare and snagging enquiries.
- Manage defect logs, organise site visits and coordinate remedial works.
- Oversee planned preventative maintenance schedules and reactive repairs.
- Liaise with clients, trades and subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality work.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, warranties, schedules and reports.
- Ensure all works meet health & safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Experience in aftercare, maintenance, facilities management or post-completion support.
- Strong technical understanding of interiors, joinery, M&E systems and finishes.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage contractors and oversee multiple ongoing issues.
- Experience within high-end residential or luxury refurbishment is beneficial.
