Specialising in bespoke high-end builds and refurbishments up to £15M, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead high-value projects in the local area.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering prestigious residential construction projects across London. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex, high-specification projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will take charge of all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning through to completion, and work closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Define, plan, and manage the scope, goals, and deliverables of high-end residential projects
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation
- Lead and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction
- Proactively identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality control, and legal standards
- Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and clients
- Mentor and support the development of junior project staff within the company
- At least 10 years of project management experience, with a focus on high-end residential construction
- Proven experience in managing projects valued between £5M and £15M
- Strong understanding of commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g. MS Project, Asta Powerproject)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is advantageous
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certification (preferred)
