About the role

RedFish Solutions is seeking a seasoned Head of Maintenance to lead a high‑quality residential property portfolio. You will set maintenance strategy, supervise day‑to‑day operations and ensure safety, quality and resident service across all sites. This senior role blends hands‑on technical knowledge with leadership, budget control and contractor management. You will develop standards, manage in‑house teams and external suppliers, deliver refurbishment programmes and report on performance.
