Redfish Solutions Ltd is expanding its International Division, and we’re looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Leeds office and take over a warm, high-performing desk in the Facilities Management (FM) sector.
Founded in 2005, Redfish has grown into a respected recruitment partner across the UK, Middle East, Far East and Europe, operating from three UK offices and supporting clients globally. Our International Division is a key growth area, and this role offers a rare opportunity to step into an established desk with immediate earning potential.
What You’ll Be Taking On
- A warm FM desk with existing PSLs, live roles, and a strong, active candidate database.
- A sector with consistent demand and long-term client relationships.
- The chance to work internationally across multiple regions.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across the FM sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Grow your desk through proactive business development and exceptional delivery.
- Contribute to the expansion of our International Division over the coming years.
What We’re Looking For
- 6 months to 2 years’ recruitment experience in any sector.
- FM experience is beneficial but not essential – full training on the market and roles will be provided.
- Ambitious individuals who want to become high billers and progress quickly.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, resilient mindset.
