The Opportunity
You’ll be the technical heartbeat of the project, responsible for all engineering duties on a one-off, ultra-luxury residence. This is a flagship scheme with exacting standards, intricate detailing, and a project team that expects excellence. Your work will directly influence the quality, accuracy, and delivery of a home built to the highest specification.
Key Responsibilities
- Full engineering duties including setting out, surveying, and quality assurance
- Working closely with architects, structural engineers, and specialist subcontractors
- Reviewing and coordinating design information, including producing and adjusting drawings in AutoCAD
- Ensuring technical compliance and maintaining meticulous site records
- Supporting the site and project management teams with engineering insight and problem-solving
- Acting as a senior technical point of contact on a complex, high-value build
About You
You’re not just a capable engineer — you’re someone who takes pride in delivering work that stands up to scrutiny. You understand the demands of high-end construction and enjoy being part of a team delivering something unique.
Essential:
- Strong background as a Site Engineer or Senior Engineer on complex building projects
- Confident working with architects, designers, and subcontractors

- Experience on super-prime residential or one-off luxury homes
- Exposure to RC frame construction
Location Requirement
This role requires you to be based in Jersey. Candidates already living on the island or willing to relocate within the next 1–2 months are encouraged to apply.
