Are you a dedicated Health & Safety professional looking to oversee prestigious residential projects? We are recruiting for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join a specialist construction firm delivering high-end and super prime residential developments across London and the Home Counties.
About the Role
As the Health & Safety Manager, you\’ll be responsible for managing safety protocols across 5-10 live sites, ensuring compliance and fostering a culture of best practice. You\’ll work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and senior management to maintain high standards on luxury residential builds.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing health & safety across multiple live sites
- Developing and implementing H&S policies, procedures, and risk assessments
- Conducting regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance
- Investigating incidents and implementing preventative measures
- Delivering H&S training and toolbox talks to site teams
- Ensuring adherence to CDM regulations and other statutory requirements
- Liaising with site teams, project managers, and external stakeholders
- Keeping up to date with regulatory changes and industry best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Health & Safety Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and compliance standards
- NEBOSH / IOSH qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience managing multiple sites simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to influence and implement a positive safety culture
