My client is a well-established Design use environments. With a strong pipeline of CAT A, CAT B, and refurbishment projects ranging from 100k to 1m+, the company is expanding its commercial team with a high-calibre Senior Quantity Surveyor.
The Role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take full commercial ownership of multiple fit-out projects from tender stage through to final account. You will work closely with pre-construction, design, delivery, and supply chain teams to ensure projects are procured efficiently, delivered profitably, and exceed client expectations.
