We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a high-end residential builder delivering luxury bespoke homes in Godalming and the surrounding areas. This role requires a strong leader with a proven background in managing high-spec residential new builds and refurbishments from pre-construction through to handover. You will be responsible for programme delivery, cost control, subcontractor management, and maintaining exceptional quality standards throughout.
Key responsibilities
- Overall project management from inception to completion
- Programme planning and delivery
- Managing subcontractors and site teams
- Budget control and cost reporting
- Quality assurance to luxury finish standards
- Client, consultant and stakeholder liaison
- Ensuring full Health & Safety compliance
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering high-end or luxury residential projects
- Strong commercial awareness
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred
