Leading commercial furniture company are actively seeking sales orientated Furniture Consultant to join their Central London based team. This company is a leading name in the commercial furniture sector and works on projects across Europe. With values from £50,000 and then well into the millions it is able to offer great variety.
Specific responsibilities
- Strong focus on identifying and creating sales opportunities for Tsunami Axis
- To achieve the financial sales goal
- Promote products and services at all times
- Through frequent and regular visits build meaningful and productive relationships with corporate end users, interior architects and project managers.
- Ensure the highest quality of presentation whether verbal or written (RFI / RFP / Tender).
- Develop a deep understand of corporate office workplace culture, and corporate office furnishing product applications. To act as a knowledge expert in this field, adding value to architects and end users, helping to achieve their aspirations for their projects and overcome challenges with innovative product applications and creative thinking.
- To involve, in the selling process, key colleagues with specialist knowledge within the wider TA Group who will on an ad hoc basis form part of group selling teams.
- Own the day-to-day relationship and be the prime commercial contact with our local customers and opportunity pipeline.
- Provide accurate and timely reports to the Regional Sales Director and ensure Business Central CRM is accurate and updated.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Confident in presenting solutions and negotiating with decision-makers
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Ability to interpret floorplans and technical drawings (basic CAD or Revit knowledge is advantageous)
- Proven experience in furniture sales within commercial or workspace environments
