Redfish are partnering with a growing force in MEP design and build projects. Due to a major project ramping up they are seeking to recruit a Design Manager with a strong Electrical background. Main duties * Co-managing a team of 12 Electrical Engineers and 3 CAD Technicians. * Managing the delivery of electrical designs to support London Underground projects. * Previous LU / TfL project experience preferable * Strong knowledge of electrical design processes, deliverables, and software packages required. * Role may suit a Senior / Principle / Associate Electrical Engineer with experience managing teams and projects, or a Design Manager with a sufficient technical background. * Some key responsibilities: * Managing the design programme. * Liaising with the client / third parties. * Dealing with design issues and supporting the rest of the team with their design work. * Carrying out technical reviews of electrical design packages. * Providing management support to the CAD team. * Organising surveys (these are carried out on our behalf by our installation team). * Managing resource, assisting with further recruitment if required. * * The role will be 3 days a week in the office and 2 days WFH To apply for this Electrical Design Manager role then please send your latest CV
