You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires close collaboration with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and adherence to contract terms.Key Responsibilities:Manage several high-value residential contracts, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standardsDevelop and review contracts, scope of work, and tender documents in partnership with project teamsCoordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project executionMonitor and report on project progress, performance, and financials to senior managementIdentify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact project outcomesFoster and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaborationEnsure compliance with health & safety, legal, and regulatory requirementsAssist with project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and contract administrationQualifications & Experience:At least 10 years of experience in contracts management, ideally within high-end residential constructionProven experience managing projects valued up to £5MStrong knowledge of contract law, construction processes, and cost controlExcellent leadership, organisational, and communication skillsProficiency in project management and contract management softwareExperience with NEC and JCT contract forms is highly desirableSMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certification (preferred)What\’s on Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageCompany vehicle or car allowanceFlexible working options with a focus on work-life balanceOpportunities for career development and progression within a growing companyA supportive and collaborative working environment
