About the Role
You\’ll be the linchpin of commercial performance, supporting multiple projects across a long-term hotel refurbishment programme. Working alongside experienced project teams, you will:
- Oversee cost planning, procurement, and contract administration
- Manage subcontractor packages from tender to final account
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks, ensuring profitability
- Support client reporting and internal forecasting
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams to meet programme and quality goals
What We\’re Looking For
