Role Overview
As Contracts Manager, you will take ownership of contract delivery and commercial performance across multiple live construction projects. You will act as the key operational lead, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead contract management from mobilization to practical completion
- Monitor project programmes, budgets, variations and commercial risk
- Coordinate with site managers, QS/PM teams and subcontractors
- Act as principal client liaison on day-to-day contract matters
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, quality standards and company procedures
