An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join a well-established Design & Build fit-out company based in London.
Renowned for delivering high-quality workplace and commercial interior projects, the business offers a collaborative and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
This is a key role providing high-level support to senior leadership while helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to senior executives.
- Manage complex diaries, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Organise company meetings, events, and client hospitality.
- Monitor emails, prioritise correspondence, and respond where appropriate.
- Assist with project administration and business documentation.
- Support office operations and work closely with departments across the business.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
- Process purchase orders
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administrator.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly professional with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Experience within the construction, design, property, or fit-out sector is advantageous but not essential.
