About the Role
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £7 million luxury residential refurbishment in Central London. Reporting directly to the Construction Director, you will take full responsibility for managing the project from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring programme, quality, budget and client expectations are consistently exceeded. This role would suit an ambitious Project Manager looking to further their career within one of London's leading super prime residential contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of a £7 million super prime residential refurbishment from start to completion.
- Manage all aspects of project delivery, including programme, cost, quality and risk.
- Coordinate design teams, consultants, subcontractors and specialist trades.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, architects and project stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of craftsmanship and finish.
- Monitor project progress, reporting regularly to senior management.
- Drive health, safety and compliance across site operations.
- Lead project meetings and resolve technical and commercial issues as they arise.
About You
- Minimum of five years' experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- Proven experience delivering super prime or high-end residential refurbishment projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and programme management.
- Proficient in Procore and confident using construction management software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ambitious, proactive and motivated to progress within a growing business.
Desirable
- Trade background with a practical understanding of construction.
- Experience managing projects valued between £5 million and £15 million.
