A top Office D&B Fit Out company is looking to add a well experienced Project Designer to join their Berkshire based team.
You will be expected to manage projects from take off through to handover.
With projects which are valued at over £5 million and producing high quality projects for a number of well recognised brands.
This is a position that will enable you to progress into an even more senior role as they have a track record for brilliant staff retention.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and wider design team to develop innovative workspace solutions.
- Produce high-quality design concepts, sketches, mood boards, and presentations.
- Develop space planning strategies that optimize functionality, aesthetics, and workplace efficiency.
- Create compelling pitch materials and contribute to client presentations.
- Manage design development, ensuring alignment with client needs and project objectives.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and 3D visualisations for project proposals.
- Oversee materials selection, ensuring quality, sustainability, and adherence to budget constraints.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits and provide on-site design support when needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and sustainability practices in workspace design.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial office design, ideally within a D&B fit-out environment.
- Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools. Revit experience desirable.
- Strong creativity and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
