This is a key role providing high-level support to senior leadership while helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to senior executives.
- Manage complex diaries, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Organise company meetings, events, and client hospitality.
- Monitor emails, prioritise correspondence, and respond where appropriate.
- Assist with project administration and business documentation.

- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administrator.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
