About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to take day-to-day responsibility for the delivery of a £5 million super prime townhouse refurbishment in Belsize Park. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee all site operations from structural works through to the highest quality internal finishes, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to an exceptional standard. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of a £5 million luxury residential refurbishment.
- Coordinate and supervise all subcontractors, direct labour and specialist trades.
- Maintain exceptional standards of quality throughout every phase of construction.
- Ensure health and safety compliance across the project.
- Drive programme delivery and proactively resolve site issues.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants and design team to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure all finishes meet super prime residential standards.
- Lead site meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and neighbours.
About You
- Minimum of five years' experience as a Site Manager.
- Proven track record delivering high-end or super prime residential refurbishment projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, quality control and finishing trades.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Confident managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple work packages.
- Passionate about delivering projects to the highest possible standard.
Desirable
- Trade background (carpentry preferred).
- Experience delivering listed buildings, townhouses or complex residential refurbishments.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certified.
