Redfern Group Ltd is a family-run business delivering domestic and commercial repairs within the insurance sector. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team and support the smooth running of our financial operations. This role is suited to someone who is organised, detail-focused, and confident managing bookkeeping responsibilities in a fast-paced, growing business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Recording and reconciling financial transactions using Xero
  • Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and credit control
  • Completing regular bank reconciliations
  • Processing supplier invoices and company expenses
  • Assisting with Payroll and Pension including CIS and PAYE requirements
  • Maintaining accurate, well-organised financial records for the accountant

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years’ bookkeeping experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Xero
  • Solid understanding of CIS and PAYE
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working on-site
