About The Role: The role of Fusion SCM Solution Architect is part consultant, part business analyst, part technical architect, and part presales specialist. It requires in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning modules (Demand Planning, Supply Planning). Strong commercial awareness is essential, proposing solutions that respect client budgets, Oracle licensing constraints, and implementation scope. Effective communication across all levels is necessary – from C-suite executives to end users, from technical architects to business analysts, and with Oracle and third-party vendors. Deliver compelling presales demonstrations and support business development activities by showcasing Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning and Product Hub capabilities to prospective clients. Compliance with all Redfaire and client data protection policies is required.
Qualifications: Additional European languages are a plus. Willingness to travel to European client sites as required.
Nice to Have: Experience with Oracle Fusion Manufacturing, Inventory, or Procurement modules. Previous experience with JD Edwards or other legacy ERP systems. Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and related services. Understanding of supply chain planning methodologies (MRP, DRP).
