Shape enterprise-scale digital experiences at a leading Australian university. Influence strategy, content and journeys across a major website transformation. Full-time (1.0) appointment on a fixed term basis until 24/12/2027. Base salary range: $116,262 – $127,078 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
You will join the Brand, Marketing and Recruitment division, which brings together marketing, communications and future student activities to strengthen reputation and drive student recruitment outcomes. The division leads brand strategy, digital communications, content, analytics and continuous improvement across the University’s digital ecosystem, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation.
About the opportunity
Act as a senior UX specialist and trusted advisor, shaping end-to-end user journeys, information architecture and content strategy across enterprise digital platforms. Lead complex UX research, analysis and evidence-based recommendations that inform future-state experience design, prioritisation and planning. Partner with stakeholders and delivery teams to translate analytics, user needs and business objectives into clear experience and content direction, informing what should be built and why.
About you
Extensive experience applying UX principles, design thinking and content architecture across large-scale or enterprise digital environments. Strong capability in using data, analytics and user research insights to improve digital performance and user experience. Proven experience producing UX artefacts (e.g. journey maps, wireframes, interaction models) to inform technical specifications and design decisions. Confidence engaging senior stakeholders, managing expectations and aligning experience outcomes to business goals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
