Redemption Roasters is a social enterprise coffee company based in London, running cafés that support prisoners re-entering work. We are hiring a part-time barista for our Piccadilly branch to work 2–3 days per week, including weekends, and to contribute to our mission through friendly, high-quality service.
You will greet guests, craft great coffee, support team operations, and assist in maintaining a welcoming, safe café environment while championing inclusivity and our social mission.
