Redemption Roasters in London is hiring an experienced barista at our Hampstead Heath branch to join a mission-driven team delivering great coffee and warm hospitality. You will craft drinks and food, engage guests, and help create a positive front-of-house experience while supporting colleagues and programme participants in a friendly, inclusive environment.
You will move across front of house, bar, and kitchen as needed, maintain cleanliness, uphold safety standards, and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
