On behalf of Tesco Bank, AMS are now looking for 4x Project Managers based in Edinburgh (Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in the office) for an initial contract length of 12 Months.
Purpose of the role:As Project Manager you will support a critical Data workstream programme. You will deliver critical data and technology initiatives, including data feeds, strategic data platforms, predictive analytics, and operational data solutions. You will work closely with delivery teams across Tesco Bank, collaborating in a "One Team" approach to drive high‑quality outcomes without duplication of effort.
What you’ll do:- Plan, deliver, and oversee projects across multiple data and technology workstreams.
- Build and operationalise data feeds and ensure robust governance and reconciliation processes.
- Support predictive analytics, BI reporting, and machine learning initiatives to improve decision‑making.
- Lead stakeholder engagement across commercial, technical, and compliance functions.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and operations teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Prepare and manage financial forecasts, resource plans, and RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
- Ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory requirements.
- Drive testing cycles and oversee integration, data quality, and service readiness.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in data, IT, or technology delivery environments.
- Strong background in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
- Solid understanding of data governance, BI reporting, and analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to work within Agile delivery frameworks.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and challenge effectively.
- Experience coordinating across multiple teams and managing complex dependencies.
- Comfortable working with third parties and external suppliers.
