We are a start-up team that is heavily focused on innovation, and with our growth, we are seeking a Sponsorship Campaign Manager.
The Sponsorship Campaign Manager will align with our Sponsorship sales initiatives for our burgeoning live music entertainment business. We are looking for a detail-oriented Sponsorship Campaign Manager based in Europe with media experience and a passion for music and culture. You will join the nimble and high-performing Amazon Music Live Revenue Team while working hand-in-hand with the Amazon Ads Sales team. You will be a crucial member of a growing team that will support sales in meeting its objectives and providing best-in-class client service, both internal to our Ads Org and external to Amazon Advertisers.
The Campaign Manager is responsible for project management of complex advertising campaigns with internal Design, Marketing, AdOps, Sales, and Account Management teams as well as external stakeholders. This role leads all post-sale activity ensuring the smooth delivery of campaign executions, within budget and on time. We are looking for someone who can obsess over customers to help us deliver white glove service to our advertising clients and execute best-in-class campaigns, while consistently expressing a 'can do' attitude, even when dealing with ambiguity. The role provides a fast-paced environment that offers team members continual opportunities to learn, be curious, and develop their skills. Travel will be required.
- You will seamlessly transition pre-sale proposals to post-sale executions of our EU based clients.
- Kicking off campaigns with internal and external teams, working hand-in-hand with Ad Sales Account Management + Creative Campaign Managers to develop timelines and assets.
- Serve as primary POC for Ad Sales teams in post-sale, owning timely communication, keeping all teams apprised of all key issues and updated on relevant data throughout campaign process.
- Maintain presence on internal and external weekly calls, working collaboratively toward a successful launch.
- Work with Design, Marketing, and third party partners on asset development, including custom brand content.
- You will be an active participant in production calls ensuring sponsor requirements are met and you will be supporting sponsor execution onsite at AML events.
- Consolidate metrics, campaign assets and screenshots (or video clips) and co-own post-campaign reporting, providing strategic recommendations and campaign takeaways.
- Iterate and develop post-sale processes, project management tools, and best practices to further scale the business.
- Establish and standardize creative and operational best practices with internal Sales teams to provide frustration-free campaign launches.
As a core member of the Amazon Music Live Revenue team, you will be an integral part in leading campaign execution, directly liaising between key stakeholders including but not limited: 1) the Amazon Music Live Revenue team, 2) the Amazon Ads Org + Advertising Partners, and 4) Amazon Music Live and External production leads. Throughout the day-to-day, you will be leading the execution and implementation of advertiser deliverables. As part of the Amazon Music Live team, you will align on brand entitlements and be part of the creative brainstorming process ensuring elements promised to brands can be translated and executed within Amazon Music Live programming.
Working closely with the Amazon Ads org, you will develop a deep understanding of Amazon Ads product offerings and the various teams responsible for campaign execution. You will familiarize yourself with how the org operates and develop best practices and standard operating procedures for how the Ads Org and AML teams come together to bring advertising campaigns to life ensuring a best-in-class experience for our advertisers. You will be directly involved in client-facing calls, collaborating with Account Managers and Creative Campaign Managers on client comms and feedback process, leading calls where necessary. You will be responsible for collecting necessary data and proof of delivery (ie screenshots, content clips) and supplying it to the necessary teams to develop post-campaign wrap reports. Finally, you will work with Product Marketing teams to collect and manage the creation of post-campaign case studies for B2B purposes.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience working in Media Sales, Entertainment, and/or Sponsorship orgs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services.
