You’ll work closely with partners to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and engagement, with a direct impact on the business.
We’re looking for a self-directed, high-energy marketing professional who excels at building and executing successful launch and growth programmes via 3P. You should be able to dive deep into customer data to identify actionable insights, particularly around video streaming and online shopping usage, to create performance marketing strategies that drive growth. This role requires a strong ability to collaborate internally and externally, especially with partners, and a proven track record of building scalable marketing programs that can be leveraged globally.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in fast-paced environments, managing tight deadlines, and optimizing partner marketing and commercial efforts to acquire new customers for subscription services. A passion for consumer experience (CX) and a startup mentality are key, as is the ability to create results-driven marketing programs. This role is based in London and reports to the EMEA Partner Growth Marketing Lead.
Key job responsibilities
The role involves driving Prime and Prime Video subscription growth through partner relationships. You will manage and expand existing distribution partnerships, ideating future deals and offers. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll create top-tier campaigns and assets for Prime and Prime Video, focusing on maximizing subscription sign-ups. Working closely with European partners, you’ll oversee the entire lifecycle of partner launches and growth marketing efforts.
You will lead campaigns that align with the Prime brand, analyze data for insights, and manage performance. Additionally, you’ll handle end-to-end campaign management, from ideation to execution, and develop scalable systems to improve operational efficiency and acquisition impact.
Your responsibilities include creating ongoing marketing programs to enhance partner engagement and retention, optimizing partnerships for visibility and communication, and improving the customer journey. You will lead integrated go-to-market plans, maintain strong communication with partners, and collaborate with Business Development on new pitches and proposals. Experimenting with new strategies to enhance partnership success and sharing best practices globally will be key to scaling programs and campaigns for worldwide impact.
