Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to join our Global Clients Growth Practice team. This is a maternity cover contract starting in November 2025 for a period of 9-12 months.
This role is a unique and expansive opportunity to support a team of senior executives, providing essential logistical support across Europe and the US. As part of this role, you will facilitate seamless coordination of travel, accommodations, and meeting spaces, becoming an integral part of our operations. This position offers an exciting chance to work with a group of dynamic leaders while expanding your skills in a global setting.
Responsibilities
Performance Team:
- Deliver high-level administrative support with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Manage executives\’ calendars in Microsoft Outlook and prioritize tasks using sound judgment.
- Provide effective inbox and travel management, anticipating needs and offering solutions.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain confidential records.
- Develop professional relationships with co-workers, clients, and business partners.
New Business Team:
- Arrange travel for EMEA pitch teams, ensuring accurate itinerary tracking.
- Assist with the logistics of large-scale meetings, including booking spaces and arranging catering.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and liaise with vendors for travel arrangements
- Proactively address business needs and manage changing team requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal or Team Assistant, supporting executive-level professionals.
- Ability to remain calm and pragmatic under pressure, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Teams, Excel, Word, PPT, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, confident in interacting with all levels of seniority.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information discretely.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about contributing to the success of the team and organization.
