We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our collaborative and ambitious Human Resources team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role as HR Advisor, you'll work closely with our practice group leaders and operations team, providing support and guidance on various HR matters to our Disputes and Risk Practice Group. This position can be based out of our Bristol or London office, with flexibility for hybrid working and some travel between our UK offices as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for fee earners and support teams in our Disputes and Risk Practice Group, advising on a wide range of HR matters aligned with their business goals.
- Develop strong relationships with line managers and coach them to build management capability.
- Assist managers in maintaining a high-performance culture through formal and informal performance management procedures.
- Monitor and analyze attendance, coaching managers on attendance management, including Occupational Health referrals, and escalate concerns to HRBP and managers.
- Manage disciplinary and grievance processes professionally, providing advice to investigating and hearing managers, and escalating when necessary.
- Interpret data to identify trends and provide insights.
- Support HRBP and managers with engagement data analysis and action planning, including performance reviews, pay reviews, talent, and promotion processes.
- Assist HRBPs with strategic projects.
- Coordinate client secondments.
- Support HR Assistants with maternity and shared parental leave processes.
- Mentor HR Assistants and act as an escalation point; provide cover for HR Advisers and Assistants when needed.
- Maintain Talent Tracker and resourcing forecasts.
- Participate in fortnightly HR inductions for new joiners.
- Engage in personal training and development activities.
- Perform other duties to ensure departmental efficiency.
