Setting a strategic vision for clients interested in AI usage in the workplace, developing offers that align with Group, and other Capgemini capabilities closely related to AI (i.e. security, data, automation, sustainability). Leading complex projects or programmes . Embodying accountability for delivery excellence, escalating and de-risking complex situations specific to AI project delivery. Helping to develop and grow a client portfolio to generate new opportunities and revenues for Capgemini, showing an ability to understand commercial frameworks and processes. Help clients realise their vision of an empowered digital workplace using AI technologies, such as Microsoft Copilot or Amazon Q. Coach clients through persona-driven change campaigns, to drive adoption from pilots all the way through scaling programmes, promoting a safe, secure and fair use of AI. Lead project planning and delivery using agile methodologies, managing risks, and delivering quality oversight throughout the lifecycle. Help clients identify, assess, and deploy AI-based solutions to fulfil business requirements at enterprise-level, whilst tracking value and assessing benefits realised. Communicate business value through design and delivery artifacts, driving alignment of senior business and technical leaders on AI technology benefits, showing mastery in presentation and analytical skills. Inspire clients with thought-leadership on AI trends for the workplace and opportunities to drive their investments towards transformative work that will unlock new value in their organisation, led by ethical principles. Contribute to inventing new frameworks to map benefits and metrics of using AI technology to business outcomes and metrics, to continuously support the AI business case. Identify opportunities to accelerate your team\’s upskilling in AI, investing in new training and certifications to keep up with technology advancements. Stay informed of the competitive technology landscape and assess the feasibility of deploying Generative AI solutions such as Microsoft Copilot. Contribute to defining governance and standards for scaling AI-led technology across the different legal and compliance boundaries of global organisations. Support in responding to bids, RFPs, RFIs, RFSs and proposal requests, embedding the required governance to meet deadline and quality.
