THE ROLE:
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 95 residential properties
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractor management
  • Handle tenancy renewals and tenancy administration
  • Ensure compliance across the portfolio
  • Build trusted relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the tenancy
THE PROFILE:
  • Previous Property Management experience is essential
  • ARLA qualified preferred (but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Calm and professional under pressure
  • Proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Strong understanding of residential lettings legislation and compliance
