A highly regarded, award‑recognised estate agency with nearly two decades of market presence is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team in Central London / City. This is not a volume‑driven, transactional environment. It’s a values‑led, performance‑focused business that invests heavily in training, coaching and technology to deliver exceptional service and results. You’ll be supported by in‑house marketing, a videographer and a dedicated Sales Progressor — allowing you to focus on what you do best: building relationships, closing deals and delivering outstanding outcomes for clients.

THE ROLE

  • Guide vendors through the full sales journey
  • Work closely with in‑house marketing and progression teams
