An exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to join a well-established independent multi-office estate agency managing a high-quality residential portfolio in the West End. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys ownership, structure, and building strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors. You’ll be trusted to run properties professionally, ensure compliance, and deliver a consistently high standard of service.

THE ROLE?
  • Manage the day-to-day running of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for tenants and landlords.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance, instructing contractors, arranging access, and monitoring quality and cost.
  • Carry out and oversee property inspections, ensuring actions are followed through.
  • Manage rent collection, arrears queries, and accurate record keeping.
  • Oversee the full tenancy lifecycle, including check-ins, check-outs, renewals, notices, and deposits.
  • Ensure properties remain safe and compliant, organising servicing, safety checks, and documentation.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth, professional service across the estate.
THE PROFILE?
  • Experience in residential property management (required).
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and sound judgement.
  • Confident, professional communicator with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • IT competent and confident using property management systems.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to take ownership of issues through to resolution.
FULL PACKAGE DETAILS:
  • Basic: £34,000–£38,000 DOE (flexible for the right candidate)
